On July 10, 2014 there was really only one thing on the minds of all employees at Carlisle; the results of the mail-in-ballot election. Some employees stayed late, while others returned to work to hear the results. Around 7PM employees on second shift were informed that 90 percent of the bargaining unit particpated and 70 percent of those employees voted against union representation. Carlisle IT is now certified as UNION FREE. Congratulation goes out to Carlisle and all of its employees.
